Violating this rule will result in a $1,000 fee to de-smoke the house. 2) Unless authorized in advance, check-in is anytime after 5:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. If you would like an early check-in at 3:00 PM and/or a late check-out at 12:00 PM (noon), please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. These requests are subject to availability and require payment of the applicable fee through the Airbnb platform for confirmation. 3) Pets are allowed on a case-by-case basis. If you are bringing a pet, please inform us in advance. The extra cleaning fee per animal per stay is: - 1-6 nights: $60 - 7-29 nights: $80 - 30+ nights: $150 4) No shoes in the home. Please take them off at the front entrance. 5) Any missing or damaged items will be charged retail costs through the Airbnb portal as part of our process. 6) Parties or excessive noise causing neighbors to complain will result in us asking you to leave without a refund for your stay. If the home is left excessively dirty, additional cleaning fees may apply. The deposit amount is determined by the duration of the stay, the number of occupants, and the property size. Guests will be notified of the required amount in advance. For longer stays, guests are welcome to purchase additional supplies. *We take great pride in maintaining our newly renovated home. If any issues arise during your stay, please notify us promptly so we can address them. *Video surveillance is installed outside of the home only. *For stays longer than 14 days, routine inspections may be conducted (10-15mins). We will provide 24 hours' notice prior to the inspection, except in emergencies or when the builder needs access, in which case shorter notice may apply. *Our home may be available for film, television, photography, and commercial productions with advance approval. A separate location fee applies to commercial filming and will be determined based on the production’s size, crew, duration, and specific requirements. Additional charges may apply for preparation, wrap-up, extended hours, or special requests.
