Violating this rule will result in a $1,000 fee to de-smoke the house. 2) Unless authorized in advance, check-in is anytime after 5 PM, and check-out is 10 AM. If you'd like an early check-in at 3 PM and/or late check-out at noon, please let us know 24 hours in advance and send us the requested amount via the Airbnb platform to authorize this for you. 3) Pets are allowed on a case-by-case basis. If you are bringing a pet, please inform us in advance. The extra cleaning fee per animal is: - 1-6 nights: $50 - 7-29 nights: $80 - 30+ nights: $150 4) No shoes in the home. Please take them off at the front entrance. 5) Any missing or damaged items will be charged retail costs through the Airbnb portal as part of our process. 6) Parties or excessive noise causing neighbors to complain will result in us asking you to leave without a refund for your stay.
