I was looking for pet-friendly accommodation in the city for a last-minute stay, and this apartment could not have been more perfect. Check in was east, it was clean and cozy, and the host was communicative and wonderfully kind when plans changed unexpectedly and I needed help extending the stay. Thank you to Maggie and her team for all their hard work and hospitality.

The hosts were very accommodating and responded to promptly to my messages at midnight, which was so surprising. They were able to get us a full-length mirror on short notice and were extremely responsive. The backyard would be much more pleasant if weeded but we weren't using it so it wasn't a big deal.

The property is located on extremely convenient and safe place, close to the metro station just about 20minutes from the downtown. The place was clean, well maintained and with easy check in/check out system to ease the pressure of late flights. Parking was available on the street and close, so perfect for someone who is willing to get a car and drive. The flat has also laundry and dryer, super convenient. I cannot express more how good the place is and how we felt like home for the stay. Host been extremely helpful and quick to contact with <3 Loved the welcome sign Everything was spot on

Appartement en toute autonomie avec code clé ouverture et fermeture. Petit appartement bien équipé. Une jolie attention envers nous pour notre voyage de noce que nous avons bien apprécié. Merci encore! L’isolation phonique entre l’appartement en sous sol où nous étions et ceux du dessus. Dommage que les rues soient payantes. Allez chez un commerçant pour la nuit.

Very welcoming, and clean. There were towel swans on the bed with a personalized note for us, with flowers and rose pedals. Super cute! There was a note on the fridge welcoming us too! The staff were very attentive and helpful: we had issues with the lock at first but this was resolved promptly. They were on top of snow removal around the property. I loved the kitchen and how all the essentials were supplied. We saved money by cooking rather than eating out all weekend. They had laundry facilities in the suite too. We got lucky too and found parking not far from the property. I was pretty anxious about the parking situation - as a tourist to Toronto, I'm not used to street parking! I liked that this unit (B2) was surrounded by fencing and had to open a metal gate to get to the back. I felt safe. The only issue was that it was snug and definitely compact and intimate. I'm tall & heavy and I may have a touch of claustrophobia too, so I experienced some discomfort. I needed fresh air a couple times but there was only 1 window in the bedroom that was out of reach so I had to prop open the front door a couple times to air out the stuffiness. The curtain on the front door over the glass window was sheer and see through so at night, we'd cover it with a blanket for privacy.
